DOES WHAT;-)
Dong, Repairs,
our Vietnamese born engineer has been repairing all types of Laptops/Notebooks over the last ten years in the city. Trained as an approved ACER engineer he has always been able to solve the problems on notebooks that have sent many a desktop expert grey overnight. The problems associated with notebooks and peripherals are vastly different to the average IBM compatible desktop computer and require specialist knowledge that can only be gained by working on all brands over the years.
Greg, Sales,
working with Dong over the last ten years, has spent the last twenty years in the computer industry. He has been selling all manner of products and services since 1980 and was a technician prior to this. Joining the RAAF as Aircraft Ground crew supporting weapons and safety systems, he maintained Sabres through to F111’s. Gaining the skills to maintain electronic systems in the RAAF prepared him for various maintenance jobs after leaving, on everything from Nikon SLR Cameras to Computerised Microfiche Systems. Dong may let him try to fix a notebook one day if he could only remember how to put it back together again ;-)
Mark, Sales & Networking On Site,
After leaving the ARMY at DSD in Canberra to join the real world,
helps his brother Greg to combat the competition in the computer retail battlefield. As a qualified full call HAM radio operator and computer industry long timer ( he even had a business selling new Commodore 64’s!) before getting involved in the part time commando’s before joining for real, he has the background to know how to look after our clients best interests.
He is currently mainly doing all our onsite networking
with wireless and broadband, so is not in the shop often
now.
