As a MicroX Aust. Client, having purchased a recognised major brand product, you would have completed the warranty registration certificate that all manufacturers supply to purchasers of thier products.

The warranty certificate should be immeadiately sent to the supplied address of the manufacturer and the copy and original sales receipt kept by you in a safe place in case of the need for warranty service.

Warranty service for all major brands of manufacturer product is done by the manufacturer or an authorised service agent of that particular brand.

As with most brands this can be done in any country that the manufacturer offers the product for sale, and does not have to be returned to the place of purchase for warranty service. This is because most major brand Notebook Computer manufacturers have their own specialist service center which any client or purchaser can visit with their faulty Notebook.

If you have a faulty Notebook that requires warranty service you have the following options..

1. Return to place of purchase or any authorised dealer who will ship to Manufacturer Service Centre

2. Deliver personally faulty Notebook to any Manufacturer  Service Center in any location suitable,

eg You may be overseas or interstate or even local and need immeadiate attention.

NB. Past experience indicates that if you need urgent attention, taking the product to the Service Center personally with your receipt and indicating the urgency can have the best results.
