Our technician and
resident Magician, Dong,
was born in
Vietnam and moved to Australia many years ago. He has been
repairing laptops for more than ten years after being
trained by a multinational computer company specifically
on all models of laptops. There is not many problems that
he cant resolve to everyone's satisfaction, be it software
or hardware. He has repaired nearly every make and model
known to man over the years. This is why we can offer our
1 Year Priority Support on all laptops we sell. He
is not about to leave as he is a director of the business
along with Greg.
Greg
has been in the
computer industry for ever and can remember the day the
the company he was working for in 1980's got the first IBM
PC in Australia. Starting working life as a
technician in the RAAF on aircraft, left and continued
into micrographics and electronics with Bell&Howell
until progressing into sales mid 80's. Has been working
with Dong since 1990, so should be able to speak
Vietnamese by now.
Mark has worked his way into IT after
being in the ARMY spook section for many years. A
qualified Ham radio operator and all round competent
computer technician specializing in Networking, PHP
Programming and Linux.
He does all our onsite networking and
wireless installations. |
