We
service and repair all brands of Laptops & Notebooks
from anywhere in the world.
Laptop and Notebook repairs
in-house for ten years in the city.
If the Laptop is faulty we will be able to help you.
- The procedure is to get the Laptop into our shop to be
booked into the queue.
- The queue is usually about 2 to 3 days long but can be
jumped by using our Priority Service and paying
another $110 on top of the normal hourly fee.
- We usually do Priority Service (extra
$110) on the same day if booked
in time to do the job.
- Laptops can be posted or couriered as well but must be accompanied
by our Service & Tax Invoice form
(HERE)
completed and signed by you agreeing to our conditions
below.

City Notebooks Pty Ltd and/or any personnel can
not, nor will not, be held responsible for any data
loss of any components. Customers MUST ensure that
ALL data is backed up prior to delivery of a notebook,
or any component thereof, to any City Notebook Centre
personnel. City Notebooks Pty Ltd will not be held
responsible for goods damaged in transit. Payment must
be received before any goods will be released. All
repairs include 30 days Service Support for the repair
only. Parts are covered under the warranty of the
supplier. Related problems will be charged at the
normal rate. City Notebooks Pty Ltd and/or any
personnel can not, nor will not, be held responsible
for any perceived costs or loss, including loss of
business, in the event of a re-occurrence of the
original, or any related fault. Whilst all care is
taken by City Notebooks Pty Ltd, the customer assumes
total responsibility for the goods at all times. Goods
not picked up and paid for after 3 Months will be sold
to defray City Notebooks Pty Ltd costs.
